This is last post of 2011. I have pass this year with mix of experiences. There is great change in search engine optimization. Google introduce google panda which change almost 6/7 times in this year. Lets see what will happen next year.
Six on page SEO tips for next six month of 2011
Title Tags:
The first thing of a page is title so its seen by many as the most important on site SEO reason, you title must explain the content and don’t use stop words (is, are, and, most, best etc) in the title.
URL formation:
Url formation should contain the main keyword and must be in friendly way. Some domain like Database and Coding based websites (means dynamic websites) use confusing and coding URL structures
See this below example URL…

Recommended = /seo-category/ how-to-do-effective-keyword-research/
Image Alt Tags:
Name your images correctly using natural keyword placement (like seo-tips.jpg, not like 1253.jpg), but only if it makes intelligence. No keyword stuffing, seriously, or else search engines may believe your site as SPAM.
Headings Tags:
Using h1, h2 tags will make sense. Not only does heading tags play a vital role in search engine rankings, but also adds a logical and readable structure to your copy for your site visitors. Remember each page just one h1 tags.
Updated Content Regularly:
Content is the main key for any website, even you have done a great optimization and you do not have a Good and fresh content, then it is just waste of time. Because search engines love new content, they are always hunted to get updated content for their search viewers. So it is very important that you have to give more priority to the Content.
Internal Linking:
Internal linking among various blog posts is now even more essential. It can pick up your rank better, build the force of your targeted keywords and create sensible and valuable links to pages of interest.
The Google is now focusing more on valuable content and eliminating the previously accepted methods to earn high rankings in search results.
Click on Google +1
I think Google promise to internet users they will introduce new searching experience every day. Recently they introduce a new feature which allows internet users to mark up pages for friends and family could have a positive blow in the online marketing world. It’s called +1 which is similar to Facebook ‘like’ button.
It will become visible next to adverts and search results which friends have flagged up on the search engine.
Google says that recommendation will come from people that matter to the user, which adds to the relevance of its search capabilities. As well, the rankings will be displayed at the right time too, since they will appear as recommendations inserted unobtrusively beside search results.
The feature is currently being rolled out on the English Google.com site, and will initially appear in search results and ads. Some detractors, such as PCWorld’s JR Raphael are unimpressed. He has lamented that his virtual life is already “overflowing” with virtual services. Personally, I think that it is hardly fair to blame Google for its attempt at social media fame. What is certain though is how Google wants a larger slice of the social media pie, and the company has shown that it is eager to leverage its current strengths to achieve it.
